Is the founder of The JP Way, and features an extensive background in beauty and luxury consumer relations, leadership and sales development, as well as business development and is known for delivering a competitive edge with practices that improve individual and team experience.
With over 19 years of experience in sales and education, Judy has worked for top luxury brands such as Dior, Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beauté, Hermes, and Dolce & Gabanna. Her sales development and customer-centric experience has led her to develop successful sales performance, and corporate event programs, as well as leadership development solutions that have exceeded 8-figure goals and have led to organizational growth.
Judy’s coaching approach builds on a foundation of research and evidence-based approaches from Columbia University. Her approach is based in positive psychology, cognitive psychology, neuroscience and emotional intelligence.
She has a Master of Arts in Psychology in Education, with a concentration in spirituality, mind-body practices at Columbia University.
Her education and training also include being an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Corporate Graduate Coach at Coach U, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC), and an Association Talent Development (ATD) Certified Instructional Designer.
To date, Judy has supported hundreds of individuals toward developing competencies to achieve their goals whether it is achieving high-performance sales plan or personal fulfillment.
Her diverse set of skills draw from local experiences with dozens of corporate trainings to international experiences such as coaching young women in Cambodia to working with Syrian refugees.
When she is not working, you can often find her living an active lifestyle, including traveling, hiking and riding bikes with her family in New York City.
